Pricing & billing

This page describes how POV NOW charges merchants for physical shipping and fulfillment services. It is provided for transparency in the Shopify App Store listing and for merchants evaluating our Shopify integration.

What merchants pay for

• Per-shipment fulfillment fees — charged when orders are dispatched through POV (rates depend on destination zone, service type, and package size).
• Cash on delivery (COD) handling — collected amounts are settled to your POV wallet according to your contract and cash-out schedule.
• Return, exchange, and special handling — where applicable under your pricing plan.
• Opened & refused order fees — if configured on your merchant account.

Exact rates are agreed in your POV merchant contract. Logged-in merchants can view their active plan under Settings → Pricing Plan in the merchant dashboard.

How billing works

1. Install the free Shopify app and link your store to your POV merchant account (invite code).
2. Dispatch orders from Shopify; POV fulfills and tracks shipments.
3. Fulfillment fees are recorded in your POV wallet (merchant dashboard), not on your Shopify invoice.
4. COD collected from buyers is credited to your wallet on a defined release schedule; POV transfers net balances on scheduled cash-out days (e.g. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday).
5. Invoices and transaction history are available in the merchant dashboard under Wallet and Billing.

No charges inside Shopify Admin

Merchants are never asked to pay POV through Shopify's billing system for shipping services. If you see a POV charge, it will always be documented in your POV merchant account—not as a Shopify app subscription line item.
